The information we collect
When signing up with HostOrange, we ask you for a variety of information, like contact details - e.g., name, address,
phone number. HostOrange does not store financial data such as credit card number, bank account details, etc.
While signed up for our services, we hold details of your account status, the services you have chosen, and client logs.
Remnant data relating to e-mails and other communications sent via our site may also be left on our server.
How we use the information
Your contact details are used to develop our services. Your payment details are used only to collect payments from you.
As part of our service provision, we necessarily have to generate and keep other details about you, like your account status, the services you use, and client logs.
HostOrange does not disclose client information to any third parties.
We will not disclose personal or account information about you unless we think it necessary to identify, contact or take action against a third
party who may be damaging or breaching our rights or property, or those of clients or others, or if we reasonably believe that we have a legal obligation to make
such disclosure.
HostOrange will not divulge to any third party the contents of any e-mail or other electronic communication that we store or transmit for you, except:
- where it forms part of essential service provision for you, as a client
- where it is essential to safeguard our and your legitimate interests
- where it is required to comply with any interception order, warrant,
or other legal process that HostOrange in its sole discretion consider valid and enforceable
- where the contents of a communication come to our notice and seem to relate to a criminal offence which has been, is being or may
be committed, they will be passed to the appropriate criminal justice authority.
While we will not deliberately censor, edit, systematically review or track any communications stored on or transmitted
through our site, we will review, delete, or block access to communications that may cause damage to us, our clients or third parties, such as where a
violation of our Terms of Use has been or may potentially be committed.
We may send you what we believe to be important information that you should know about our services.
